My name is Isabelle McCarthy and I am a landscape and animal photographer located in Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall. I have been taking images for 7 years and it all started at a young age of 14. It all started when I had to change one of my GCSE options in year 10. That first press of the button changed my life goals and perspective for my feature in seconds. I am lucky enough to have grown up in Britain's seaside city, Plymouth. Surrounded by the sea, endless amounts of countryside, a beautiful amount of flowers and local zoos, I knew that I need to follow this passion and use this city I call home to my advantage.

As an independent photographer I do not limit myself to new experiences and job opportunities as is allows me to learn and grown with my photography. Not only am I up for new experiences and job opportunity the outcomes I produce will always be beyond my limit of production. Another key factor to me as a photographer is making sure that my customers are happy during and after working with me.

Even though I would class myself as a landscape and animal photography I enjoy doing every genre of photography. Not only doing this allows me to have experience in every little section is such a large, creative industry but also allows me to gain from my experience and production progress I have done during this task/ job.

Being based in Devon, Cornwall and Plymouth allows me to have a large frame of work opportunities but I am willing to travel for work and experience a new section of being a photography.
